OUR PROCESS
01
PRE-MEETING & conceptual design
We organise a meeting to better understand your goals and expectations for the project so that we can evaluate the different design options suitable for your project based on budget, regional council rules and location constraints. Upon agreement of goals and expectations, we will commence design in our 3D design software to futher identify and mitigate problems early on. Upon completion, we will organise a meeting to show our 3D drawing of your project. This gives you the chance to visualise and further modify the project to your liking.

Developed design & Resoure Consent lodgement
We develop the project to a higher level of detail and introduce our external consultants such as planners, engineers, etc. They help us further understand any further constraints and limitations as per their review. After re-evaluating the design to meet external consultant requirements, we perform design calculations, sun studies and create a complete set of drawings suitable for Resource Consent Lodgement with the regional council. We then monitor and manage your plans until approval is given.

detailed design & building consent lodgement
We further develop a detailed drawing set suitable for construction. This includes contacting external consultants such as truss designers, structural engineers, etc. We also undertake H1 Energy Effeciency Calculations, Product Spec and Master Spec reports suitable for Building Consent Lodgement with the regional council. We then monitor and manage the plans until approval is given. This then allows the builders to start commencing their construction.
